Booking deposits

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the appointment date and time. The balance is due before service. If you reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will transfer to the new date. No call/no show and same-day cancellations may result in a 35% service charge. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled with a 25% service penalty.

Appointment times are subject to confirmation after deposit payment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Pricing

Prices are starting prices and may vary based on length, density, texture, style desired, service requested, and final consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax will be applied to all services. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Provider reserves the right to refuse service.

Remaining balance

Any remaining balance is due at the appointment unless otherwise stated.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of cold/flu, infection, or open wounds. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment accordingly.
